I HAD JIM ODONNELL. HE AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE AMAZING. WE HAD NEW TILE APPLIED TO OUR 16 BY 32 INGROUND POOL. THEY WORKED VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. EVERY DAY WHEN THEY LEFT EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND NEAT. THEY CAME EVERY DAY UNTIL IT WAS FINISHED. MY POOL LOOKS GREAT. I PLAN ON HAVING IT PAINTED NEXT YEAR AND WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING THEM DO IT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE, VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Elm Gunite has not finished the pool. He will not return calls and the biggest mistake I have made besides hiring Elm Gunite is that he made me pay for the entire pools before it was completed. The only reason I paid him the final check was because he would not plaster the pool untill you pay the final payment. We have called and called and called both his company phone and Ed Murphy's cell phone and he has not called back. I would NOT recommend using ELM Gunite ever!

We did not go through with the evaluation because the deal for buying the house fell through but the owner of this company was incredible in his willingness and flexibility with helping us to meet our deadlines. I would recommend him to anyone looking for service. I called three other pool companies and I couldn't even get them to return my calls. Ed called me personally and was going to go out and look at the pool during his time away at a local seminar. He could not have been more accomodating or courteous. I hope we have the chance to work together again. Stacey Santo
