Elman and his team did an outstanding job in replacing all of the siding, trim, and gutters on our 30-year-old house, and it looks brand new. Their team is professional, attentive, and conscientious. The work was completed in a timely manner and billed as originally quoted. As a former painter, I had high expectations regarding the quality of work. We are thrilled with the completed job.

Elman and all of his employees that I've met so far are great, focused, work hard and very good at what they do. It's really been a pleasure working with them.

Elman's did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, and I would definitely hire them again. The only reason they are not getting all 5 stars is because they did not start the project as scheduled. They said they were running a little behind on a couple other jobs. I assume this is because they are in high demand and rightfully so because of the quality of work and reasonable pricing. I had other things scheduled around their scheduled start time which put me in a slight bind. Next time I hire them I will allow for more flexibility in scheduling. Overall, great work and I would hire them again.

This is rhe 2nd time I've used this company and will NOT be the last time. They are going to be my #1 goto co tractor to finish all the project on our 230+ year old house.

We went the alside composite siding and it was worth it! You know where the money went. The crew was always on time and worked 10-11 hour days. The final product was amazing. Wish I could post a picture. There was a slight delay in getting materials but they were up front and honest about it so no big deal. Definitely recommend Elmans.

They showed up on time, worked hard, and communicated well if there were any changes. The final product looks great on our house!

The crews did a great job installing the Everlast Siding for our project. We did have a bit of a misunderstanding on the final invoice.

I am the owner of a Home Depot 8x8 wood grain effect shed. Over the years it has had numerous repairs and coats of paint, but it reached the stage where it needed some TLC. In an effort to reduce maintenance and match the house decor I thought it would be a good idea to cover the shed in white vinyl siding. With this in mind I tried for over a year to engage somebody to do the work. I used all my local contacts and reached out to numerous handyman and general contractors, but I didnâ t get a reply from any of them. Eventually, I decided to expand the search further afield and used trade specific search engines for homes and siding. Eventually I got a reply from Elmanâ s Contractors and Iâ m so glad I did. After a brief phone conversation, a young man came and looked at the work and within a matter of hours I received a detailed written fixed price quotation. I appreciate that this is the sort of job contractors fit in between more lucrative contracts and I live 45 minutes from Richmond, so I was quite prepared to wait for the work to be carried out. A few months later I was contacted and then the following Sunday three workers turned up to do the work. Four hours later the shed was finished to a very high standard and the work area was left spotlessly clean. In summary, I cannot emphasize enough how pleased I am with Elmanâ s Contractors. Every person I had dealings with from beginning to end was polite, professional and efficient. They were willing to take on a relatively small job and completed it on time and to price. What more could you ask for. Well done.
