Elmo is a highly skilled contractor that I will recommend over and over. After accepting his bid, he and his son were on the job the very next morning. They added stairs, railings and spindles to a deck and it's beautiful. I had one small issue about a cut on 2 boards, and Elmo was out 3 hours later to replace those 2 boards without a complaint. I sent him over to my mom's house for some more work. Thanks Elmo!
