Elohim Construction, LLC

Highly recommend-great team of people-reliable and excellent attention to detail

Arturo accomplished a $50K+ renovation project for me two years ago. It required a practical design, skilled carpentry, and creative problem solving. In testimony to Arturo's masterful accomplishment of that project, I'm looking forward to completion of a second contract with Elohim this month. Need I say more?

Arturo & team did an excellent job with my bathroom gut rehab. They were timely & very knowledgeable about all aspects of the work. I appreciated that they kept the space clean & answered all of my questions along the way. Their quote was clear & they stuck to the cost & timeline. I am pleased with the final product, it turned out amazing! The team went above & beyond my expectations with their craftsmanship & attention to detail. I highly recommend Elohim Construction!

Elohim Construction was part of the team that added a 2nd story living space over our garage. They did the demolition of the old roof, new framing, windows, exterior door and rear deck. The crew worked fast and efficiently, and Arturo made sure all the details were taken care of according to the plans, and to our satisfaction. We will definitely consider them for a future project.

Arturo and his very competent professional crew did the most magnificent job on turning our totally unfinished basement into an incredible living space. They listened to what we wanted and gave us more. Took a little longer than we expected but was worth it. Would highly recommend them Wish I could show u the pictures

Arturo, Wendy and the team are outstanding and very professional. They are masters at building, designing and delivering a magnificent product! We needed two bathrooms renovated, one to meet the needs of my husband with medical disabilities. Arturo understood the request and immediately put a plan in place. The team implemented and succinctly executed so that the job was done neatly and before the deadline. HIRE THIS TEAM!! You will be so glad you did! We are so pleased - both bathrooms are BEAUTIFUL!!

It went really well!. Guys did outstanding work!

Excellent work! Recommended additional features we hadn't thought of. We are pleased with the results.

Needed to have an Office, Bath and Utility room restored after water damage. That included walls, floors and ceilings. All of there crew were professional and knowledgeable. They paid attention to detail and got the job done right the first time.

Good Communication

This was my most pleasant experience with a home remodel project with a contractor. Work was of high quality and the interactions were professional. They remodeled a guest bathroom for my home and I could not be happier with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend them, and look forward to having them complete projects for me in the future.

Arturo was so easy to work with and accommodating. He was very professional, finished the work in time and took on a few extra projects . Their skill was superb and I hope to take them with us to our new house! I recommend 100%!

I gave them a vision of what I wanted and they brought it to reality. They updated an outdated kitchen, half bath on the first floor as well as installing new hardwood floor on the main and 2nd floors of the house. Once I'm ready for more projects I will definitely call them back.

Great guy. Reliable and good work.

I have known Elohim for about 12 years. A friend of mine gave me his name when he rehabbed her investment property. At the time he installed a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, hardwood floors and painted the whole house on the inside. She was so happy so happy with his work and he charged her less than the original, formal agreement. Soon after that I needed to install a bathroom in a large room in my home. Elohim went to work on it. It took him about a week to complete the bathroom installation. I use the place as a guest room to this day. Last summer my room was leaking. Elohim and his crew replaced the old shingles and cleaned everything up. It took them a day to do it. Last fall one of my tenants in Hanover,MD passed away. They lived in the townhouse for 15 years. Elohim and his crew cleaned everything up, installed hardwood floors, painted the place, installed a deck. I rented the place to new tenants in about 3 weeks. Elohim is a very skilled electrician and plumber. The person who would engage him would be very fortunate.

Iâ ve worked with this company for years now. He has done work in my own home as well as several rental properties. Now he is doing work in my sonâ s home. Arturo is an honest reliable and skilled man.

Everything went well and on schedule

Arturo is honest, hardworking and has performed dozens of full home renovations for our company. He even remodeled my daughters house and it looks beautiful. Highly recommend!

The service was very well. The procedure and the overall job itself was a little over 2 weeks. Everything was handled professionally.

These guys are artisans. They took much care on what they did and they were great.

Overall it is an okay company. Will say Ed the guy who gives the estimate will sell you the world but I do have some residual things that are not 100%. Plumbing everything is fine they did a great job but I also had them install windows which I would not recommend since their window seem to not know what he was doing. The screen door he installed does not close all the way. The light fixture is off-centered not to mention the light gray grout they asked me about which I was indifferent about is really light gray. It is light gray in some spots and white in others. I had my handyman come out and look at everything, and he said they did a good job which I agree, but he also said there was something small places they could have done more like the screen door and the light fixture which I also agree with my handyman. Overall customer service was great, guys did clean up every day, and it does look better. I did not like they keep promising to come out to fix the small items only to never show up which why I removed half a star. Overall I think they did okay. On the fence, if I would hire them again since now I will have to hire my handyman to finish the small things that they never bother trying to fix. Pay after you are completely satisfied! As a new homeowner I learn that the hard way.

Very professional and skilled workforce. The shower on the first floor is way above my expectations. They busted out a wall and took over half of a closet to create the space. Expanded the bathroom door for wheelchair access . They clean up after work daily.

Punctual and professional, pleasant and personable. Flexible and easy to work with. Cleaned up after work daily. They work with the client to customize the design rather than offer "packages". This is the second bath I've had updated and this was by far a superior experience.

Small communication problem about start time in the beginning. But after that they were awesome. Most helpful and knowledgeable. Very neat.
