They were half the price of John Moore and only fixed was broken. Did not try to up-sell during a stressful and hot day. They are very customer focused.

My AC system's coil (less than 7 years old) was leaking. They quoted a lower price than others, came within 2 hours to confirm the diagnosis, and after retrieving the new coil, completed the work on the same day. Pleasant to work with, would call again.

I had multiple A/C companies come out to quote two complete system replacements and Elsy's was the least expensive and they were going to do more additional work than the other guys. After agreeing with the price and setting a date, I received a call from Roberto a few days later offering a better unit than what was quoted for the same price. Who can say no to that? They showed up promptly at 7am and had my entire house finished up by noon. I highly recommend.

Made the appointment, they showed up on time, 20 ,minutes later a/c is fixed, running and drying out the house. Rep even showed me what I needed to do to make it more efficient.

I was able to get the quote very quickly and installation was quick and well done.

The AC Capacitor for the downstairs unit needed to be replaced. It stopped working on a Sunday. Because I was leaving town for a few days early Monday morning, I was unable to purchase the part online and replace it myself. Therefore I scheduled an appointment for Elsy's Service to come by the following afternoon to get it replaced. I figured that since the part can be purchased for under $40, and it only required reconnecting 3 wires, that the total cost for the job would be well under $200. Ultimately, the total cost of the job quoted to my wife was $250. Although, I felt the cost was unreasonable, I gave them the OK to proceed since my wife and child would have to deal with the heat. To be fair, other than the cost of the repair, the service was prompt and thorough.

A/C went out Sunday Morning. Got Elsy's phone # from Home Adviser. They were at the house in 45 minutes and had unit working in about 1 hour. Price was reasonable and Roberto really knew his stuff. Would recommend them, great job

Too expensive, but plumbers and AC businesses have gotten out of control that way.
