Skylight Installation
We renovated our dark living room this summer and had Emerald City Skylights and Exteriors perform the skylight installation (exterior and interior trim). Gwen was very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and responded timely to any questions or concerns I had. Manuel and the rest of the installation crew did an excellent job with the project. They professionally covered all surfaces to ensure nothing got dirty during the renovations and cleaned up afterwards, too. The photos truly express what I can't in even 1000 words, the skylights were beautifully installed! The living room is now the brightest room we have in the house. Price wise the bid was middle of the road but still reasonable for a full service installation and 10 year labour warranty. The crew was able to seamlessly coordinate with my electrician crew that ran wires for lights after the cut out phase. Highly recommended! Would have no hesitation hiring again for future work!

GWEN was great to work with and they were out GWEN was great to work with& four days after we paid our deposit They came out and took about an hour and a half to install the skylight. We love our new Velux skylight with the remote control blind. I highly recommend Emerald city skylights.

Gwen was wonderful, kind and understanding. Not pushy at all. The job was done within a week's time. The gentleman who did the job removed our very old and cracked skylights and took them to the final resting place. He was fast and efficient. Thank you Emerald City Skylights!
