"The crew chief told her the price and she still did not want the bedroom cleaned. He would of cleaned the extra room and the price would of been 109.95 but the customer did not want cleaned. But overall she was a very nice customer and would like to continue a relationship with will just have to clarify charges more in depth"

"Spots come out unfortunately stains are stains and won't come out. We did come out and go over it again we stand behind our work but unfortunately it was a stain and wouldn't cone completely out. Very nice customers hope we can service again in the future"

"Customer when crew left liked the job. Customer never called office to let us know anything was wrong or we would of sent a different crew out immediately we base our company on quality and customer service. I left a message for customer as soon as I seen this review to call asap so we can fix what ever he is not satisfied with as of yet have not heard from him. I apologize for any substandard work that was done that is not the Emerald way. This customer was also told before job started that the carpet had heavy wear patterns and heavily soiled with pet urine that we would do our best but it would not all come out and he said he understood."

"We had plenty of resources we do large commercial companies. Yes we could of had it done in 1 to maybe 2 evenings but the customer was never available do to work schedule which we worked with but had no access to the property until evening and couldn't work late to the noise for the neighbors and the client having to work the next day. We truly apologize for any debris also that might have been dropped in your driveway we were never told of such indecent."

"I do agree I quoted a price much less over the phone but was also told the job was one room with nothing but a couple pieces of weight equipment in it. When we arrived it was actually two rooms with lots of contents ( toys and workout equipment) and a utility room bathroom and two closets filled with content so of course the price was much higher and we did not have the man power when we were told so much smaller. I did apologize and we were back out first thing in the morning and finished the same day. The customer did agree to the written price signed the paper work and we completed the job. This is why is an estimate not an invoice."
