When the pool was first done it was beautiful. Loved it then the bottom started peeling off. Have tried multiple times. Had one conversation with a gentleman who said it was under warranty. That was the last I heard from them. The peeling continues. Always get an answering service never a return call. I have called 21 times since last April. At this point woo never recommend this company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They get away with shotty work since they are the only company doing Eco finish in my area. They drained my fiberglass pool without doing well points. Sidewalls are bulged in and they cracked it. The Eco finish is chipping off all over the place. And they installed a broken saltwater system. (Pretty sure it was used) now of course they are ignoring us.

Had a glitch but was corrected at no extra cost. Did have a delay in receiving new liner as manufacturer was backed up. Installation was completed to satisfaction. Owner was easy to work with.

They installed the pool pump but they did not know how to set it up. We were a little disappointed but we got it programmed and it works great. The work was reasonable so over all we were satisfied!

OMG! Highly Recommend ! Transformed my pool from a 1980â s disaster with green water and a dead armadillo to a beautiful , sparkling blue oasis with a new salt system, new lights, new drain plug and an amazing Eco finish for $10k less than the three quotes I got for having my gunite pool conventionally refurbished Larry is superbly responsive; answering my calls and texts way past normal business hours. While enduring a miserable heat wave, Larryâ s guys worked steadily from morning until 6-6:30 at night to complete work on schedule and cleaned up each day before leaving my house. Looking forward to enjoying my pool for years to come with no liner replacements, no chemical leaching, and a color fast finish. Thanks Larry!

Had 3 people come out. Emerald Coast Pools was on time, professional and bought samples you could see/touch/put next to pool. Best price around. 3 to 4 days later he was hired.

Very disappointed about the service I got.

I paid the $335 for the first hour - technician took 34 minutes and found the leaks! So who else wishes they could get $110 per 11 minutes? Iâ m in the wrong business :/ Thatâ s the going rate though so not a hit on this company just sticker shock for me. And hey, they ide tidied three leaks in my pool. Keep in mind after these guys come out you have to have another company come out and actually fix the leaksâ ¦

Larry was so prompt at calling me and coming out on the spot. Was up front on cost and what it included and what he could do. Detected and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Did not try to up the repairs. Very impressed with Larry as a person and how he represented his company. Would recommend 100% this company for pool repairs.

They were very quick and responsive. Called with estimates and provided recommendations for the work and also suggested alternate solutions depending on our budget.

We had a leak in our inground pool. I called for a service leak detection and repair. The service tech showed up the same day I called and found the leak from my skimmer pipe almost immediately. The tech made the repair and our pool is back up and running with no leaks. The Tech was super knowledgeable and explained everything he did and was doing. Fast service, Fast repair and Fair Price. I will highly recommend this company for your pool repairs. Excellent customer service.
