Really does not get any better than this company as an investor this is the only company I will ever use!!! They have done several commercial inspections on large properties for me and are absolutely top-notch!!! They recently did an inspection for me on an investment property in Ft Walton Beach and saved me about 15k in repairs that the seller did for me because of their fantastic detailed report. They even went back to verify repairs after they were finished. They have permanently earned all of my business!!!

The inspector showed up on time, was very helpful in making the assessment of the condition of the property. His advice was very important during negotiation of price. Also I have a better understanding of what will be necessary to fix the property (this property was in disrepair)
