They ripped us off! They promised receipts, none were given. I was out of state during the job. A neighbor assured me that the water was in fact running, but the well only pumped water for one day after their work. They claimed they put in new wiring and replaced everything to include a new well pump, basically everything but a pressure tank (which I installed myself). I went ahead and paid them under the impression that the receipt and the invoice were left in the mail, along with the warranty, (which was supposed to be for 3 years) The total cost we paid them was $2850.00. We arrived home the next day, there was no warranty, receipt, or paperwork left in our mailbox, and the well pump quit functioning the following day. They refused to answer our phone calls repeatedly, and have cut off all communication. Their business phone number has been disconnected, and we are basically screwed. We have to call another well company to clean this up. Jesse Wilson was the recommended with Emerald Coast Sprinklers. He had high ratings before we contacted them, but it was definitely fraudulent. We need to file charges against this person in hopes of getting our money back so we can pay a reputable company.

Jesse was very responsive and was able to complete the work in a timely manner. We will use him for other projects in the future.
