He did not leave my job site until it was finished. He also found us some beautiful wood that was leftover from a different work site and charged a very reasonable price for it. I love the finished project.

We've been delighted with the careful and excellent work done for us by Emerald Construction. They completed our project on time and under budget. The project came out more beautiful than we imagined, thanks to helpful recommendations by the contractor. We are now hiring him for a second project and plan to hire him for any further remodel projects we might do in the future. The work is excellent, professional and beyond our expectations.

Quality work, completed in reasonable time frame, and arrived for the job when expected. My only reservation was that the final bill was 3x the original price estimate. He discussed what else needed to be done as the work progressed, but I would have appreciated a frank discussion of the costs prior to being presented with the bill upon work completion.

When he works, he really works. He supervises and works. He made a beautiful porch. He does really good work. He is very conscientious. He makes sure his workers are well cared for.

Tom is a very personable contractor. He is fair and gets things done the way he says that he will.

Tom and his crew built was a wonderful roof over our deck. He listened to what we wanted and what we did not want. Showed up with the right equipment to get the job done right. Tom was very professional and was very helpful providing quality subcontractors. All work from the design, framing, electrical, air conditioning & heat, plumbing, insulation, drywall and siding was completed on time with great results. One big help from all contractors was the option to assist and do some of the work ourselves, enabled us to stay much within our budget and save big time!! We were able to afford some much needed furniture and other touch ups around the house. Our Basement remodel turned out beautiful. Thanks Tom

I appreciate Tom's attention to details and willingness to work methodically to be sure everything was done and done well. I will definitely call Emerald Construction again. I also appreciate a contractor who is on the job when he says he will be and lets you know any issues and works to get things done right.
