MILESTONE CONDO WORK - Dane, Buddy, Caleb & their subs were nothing short of amazing to work with! They performed a MASSIVE exterior reno & rebuild of a 36-unit condo involving a pool deck, balconies, stairwells, landings, siding, painting, pool bath house, railings, etc and it could not have gone smoother or timelier. The customer service and communication are above par with this team and their friendliness is an added bonus. They are honest and fair, which is rare to find amongst our local contractor pool. Obviously, I cannot sing their praises enough! Hire them and you won't have any regrets!

Project turned out better than I expected and was completed earlier than promised. Best drywall and detail work I have seen. Crew was timely and cleaned up every night making house livable even during construction.

We are not living at the residence that Dane renovated full time, but his communication and photos on a daily basis was appreciated and made everything so much easier!! He always takes the phone calls and was extremely meticulous! We were also very happy with any and all of subcontractors! No regrets!!

Dane was terrific. He retuned my call right away and we set up a time for him to come. He was very professional and personable. He was also very reasonable. He charged less than 1/2 of what another service had quoted me, and I would have had to wait 2 weeks for “the privilege” of having them come to do a little job. Dane does the work himself, no sending out workers you’ve never seen. Next time I need a job done, he’ll be the first, and only, call I’ll make!

Dane, the owner, came in and fixed a deck rebuild disaster created by another company. He provided excellent advice up front with solutions and then when he was hired the service did not stop.
