He was professional, and did a good job cleaning up. The inspector came to inspect the job within 30 minutes after completion. Also his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend his services.

They need to do the right job. They need to clean the floor after they do the work. I need my receipt and they keep saying they are sending it and I still do not have it.

We contracted with Emerald to remove asbestos (see earlier review) but found they had not fully cleaned up one of the areas. After several calls and emails they returned last week and told us they had finished the cleaning. Unfortunately this is in a narrow crawlspace that I cannot get into, so I had to take their word. The company that is now going to insulate the pipes came today and told us (with pictures) that the area is still unsafe - large chunks of asbestos, particles of asbestos in the soil in the ground and used rags. They are going to seal off the area, to prevent asbestos from getting into our living area right above this space, but this will cost us ~$1500.

Great price to remove 2 areas of asbestos. They managed all the complexity with the state and the town, and it was all done properly and safely.

They gave the best price, showed up when they said they would and did the job. Makes them a good contractor to do business with. Also they were about half the price of another company.

Walter and his crew were very professional, on time and reasonably priced.
