Our downspouts were plugged, and the water was pouring over the side of our gutters. Mat came out. He was punctual, climbed up and cleared all of the downspouts and also retrieved a few of my son's toys which had landed up there. His was on time, friendly, efficient, and did the job quickly. Also, he's a very nice guy.

We hired this company to come to clean our roof. They showed up 2 hours late, was not sure if the detergent would kill all the shrubs around the house and left 2 hours later, not even letting us know they were leaving. When we called to inquire about what happened, they said they had an emergency and had to leave. Our property was left in an utter mess. We had to go out and wash down our house, the decks. Their response when they heard we were not happy,- well we just will not come back tomorrow. So our roof still has Clorox on it as well as our decks and our plants. We will sue them if our property is in worse condition than when they showed up. We did think ahead and took pictures of our property before and after they were here.

On time, good job & left the work site in good condition.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. They cleaned our gutters at a fair price, HOWEVER they neglected to let us know that they used a cleaning solution with their power washer that is toxic to plants. I notice a day after that plants were wilting, leaves burned, and potted plants had shriveled up dead. I contacted owner, Will, who has not responded. The larger landscape plants will survive but the potted plants are dead. Not worth it!

Did a great job of power washing our moss covered roof. Worked very hard the whole time they were here. Thank you!

Emerald Exterior would have gotten all 5's but I was disappointed with the window streaks after the pressure washing. I was not "hearing" what Matt met by saying I should add the window cleaning. Matt said he would comback and clean my windows.

Will and Matt showed up on time for their appraisal and showed up on time for the job. They even remembered not to shake my hand hard because of my arthritis. They worked hard and did a great job. I wish they did more types of jobs so I could hire them for those, too. I'm a real person so this is a real review. I live in Arcata at the Lazy J Ranch.

The communication, quote, and completion of the work was totally satisfying. I had the entire house soft washed, gutters cleaned out, and windows washed. The result was fantastic! The price very reasonable. I would highly recommend Emerald Exterior Cleaning Solutions.

He said he would show up and did on time, very detailed, and the job was bigger than he thought but still honored the price and did a great job!
