Mario and his team are wonderful to work with! They did a complete reno for us on a 3rd floor cantilevered balcony. Replaced old rotting railing and put down new decking for us as well. Our new balcony is gorgeous!! Mario and his team were professional, polite, timely, and FAST! You can tell Mario takes pride in his work and wants to make sure it's done right. We would absolutely recommend Emerald for fencing / decking / railings / etc. Thanks guys!!

Emerald stuck with us through a long and complex engineering and permitting process. Despite the complexity, they finished on budget (or slightly under budget). They even improved on our original design, and upgraded some aspects of the deck for free! Thank you guys!

We had a composite deck installed. Mario was wonderful to work with. He gave us numerous samples to chose from. He was very courteous and finished the project when he said he would. The prices were very reasonable. There was an issue with a couple of the boards and the problem was solved quickly. I would recommend Mario and crew in a heart beat. They are the best and I will probably will be using them again in the future for other projects.

Mario Mata was very customer oriented and quite responsive to what I wanted to see as a final product. There was significant deterioration of the old deck and the crew removed the old, decayed material, replaced it with new supports, composite decking, and cedar rails. I can honestly say that I am very pleased.

Excellent service and work

Emerald Fencing exceeded all of my expectations. They provided a competitive bid and met with me personally to review the proposal. Our yard is built into a hill which made it more challenging but the installation went smoothly. On each occasion, Mario showed up on time which is highly unusual these days. Emerald kept me posted on progress and weather related delays. The biggest and most pleasant surprise was the fact that the project was less than the quote because it was four feet shorter than quoted. I never would have known! I can't imagine why anyone would use anyone else.

We had a deck that was falling apart. Being a disabled veteran I couldn't do the work myself. We called several places and got bids. We called EFD&C and when Mario arrived he really listened to what we wanted, then later he brought by samples, and explained options by using his portfolio, and other ideas he had. Not only did we get the best deal, but the customer service is phenomenal! Mario was in constant contact with us throughout the process. This Company is also PRO-MILITARY and thanked me for my service, and hires veterans. They worked through pouring down rain to tear down and replace our deck. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
