Solid well built front porch. My neighbor came over & said Emerald did a good job. My friend who is a retired mason said he can tell they did a good job & proceeded to explain to me everything they did. He said this is the way a porch & steps SHOULD be built. Also, I found the Emerald head guy very refreshing & honest. He didn't try to sell me on something super expensive, but gave us what we needed - the best quality & longevity for the money. I'm not dissapointed. 👍

They came out the same day that I reached out to provide me with a quote. They were great about responding to all my questions and were very easy to reach. They also stuck to the timeline there proposed and got the entire job done with 1 day as promised. I would definitely call them again in the future.

Emerald replaced my brick patio with new bricks because I was eager to be rid of all the weeds which constantly grew between the bricks AND I also wanted a herringbone pattern on the floor. Emerald's owner, Eri, and his workers were terrific and I would certainly recommend them. His goal is to please the customer, whatever the cost and, in my experience, they did a great job. I hope that it remains beautiful for a long time to come!

You get anyone that works on a project like Emerald Stone, you contact them. He and his people have done a wonderful job in a minimal time.

The owner was absent most of the time and the 2 workers barely spoke english. They worked hard but were out of their field putting up field stone veneer. The gaps in the irregular shaped stones are obvious from twenty feet away . Many times I had to ask that a stone be removed and a better fitting stone put in it s place. I had to stand by the entire time they were working to ensure the gaps were not any bigger. They were in too much of a rush to hold the stones in place while the adhesive set, which was a matter of several seconds. Many stones have come loose and several had no adhesive at all. They ended up shoving tiny chunks in the gaps which looks even worse. Instead of looking through the boxes of stones to find a better fit they would break perfectly good stones into pieces ruining the look and many times wasting full stones. It was not an easy project, but I have worked with other masons, doing the same work on my house, that did a much better job. Sorry I did not get them back.

Eri showed up in within less than an hour from the time we first spoke. He came to the appointment fully equipped, took all the needed measurements and provided me a price right at the spot! When I asked him if he could do any better he said no because his first price would always be his best price...and in fact his price was the lowest of three prices I had. Highly knowledgeable, hard working crew, completed the project on time, as promised. The first mason that I have ever worked with that I can recommend without any restrictions!

I would hire them and recommend them without hesitation. They are excellent at their work. They have the right equipment to tackle heavy jobs. They are extremely quick at responding to text and calls and always showed up punctually. Very neat workers. Very trustworthy. I went through a home remodel and dealt with many contractors in the past and wished they could be near the workmanship and value as emerald. We received so many complements on their work. I really could not recommend them more.

Excellent work and service. He committed to be done in a certain time and was. We had to make a few changes to the plan and he was very fair about the pricing. Highly recommend Emerald.

Emerald is a professional, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable gentleman who did exactly what he said he would in the time frame that was promised as well! Totally satisfied with the exterior water proofing system installed! They were sure to go to such extensive care not to damage existing expensive landscaping stonework which made their work harder by doing excavations BY HAND -Which was not only impressive but completely satisfied us!!! Reasonable pricing a bonus! We already hired him for upcoming driveway asphalt job!

There is no word to describe how awesome this gentleman is. My girlfriend and I, we both own a home in Manchester, CT, but we are currently living in Miami, FL. Our home owner insurance requested for some bricks at the foundation of the house to be put back in place so that we could continue to have our low insurance premium. Upon receiving that letter, we were really confused as to who we would get to do the job seen as we were all the way in Florida. We called several masonry company in CT, with most of them promising to do the work in 4 weeks, or they were just plain jokers. Something as simple as lining up some bricks shouldn’t take 4 weeks. That was when we got even more concerned. Lucky for us we found Ermeald from from Emerald on Home Advisor, contacted him, sent him pictures and explained what need to get done, he quickly looked at the job and quote us a very good rate for his time. The real challenge came when we had to decide how to pay him, it was a stranger that we didn’t know, but we decided to take the chance and send him the money through Money Gram, especially since it was not a lot of money. Bottom line, this man repaired the bricks and sent before & after pictures. He is now our new hero, anything that need to get done from this point on that require a mason, he will be the only one to do it.
