We had a lot of overgrown and low-hanging canopies as well as trees that had not recuperated from the Texas freezes. Tyler's crew did an excellent job raising the canopies and all the growth and dead limbs, also removing compromised trees. The crew knew exactly what needed to be done and nothing was overlooked. Curb appeal has improved dramatically!!! Everything was left neat and clean, all very manicured.

They went above and beyond what I asked for. They were very clean and very professional. They also complied with my extra requests without hesitation.

Tyler & his crew showed up on time! They were professionals from start to finish. I had a difficult job for them. A very large limb had broke during a storm & was hung up in other trees next to the power lines. If this limb had fallen it would have destroyed a fence, deck & deck covering. Within an hour the limb was removed nothing was damaged & the rest of our trees were trimmed up. They cleaned up as they trimmed. The guys left our yard spotless better then when they showed up. I would absolutely hire them again & recommend them to everyone. Very professional!

After contacting others, Tyler was the first one to reach out to me. He kept his appointment while others did not. He was prompt and friendly, very professional and immediately gave me an estimate. One other man said he would send me via e-mail an estimate by 5PM the day he came. I never got a reply. I reached out to him and was told he would contact me the next day by five. I never heard from him. Another man after several attempts finally came and the estimate was much, much higher than Emerald and did not even include the stump removal while ETE did everything and even a couple of other things for me at no additional cost. A large and small tree removed from backyard, five Italian Cypress and three other small trees that were rubbing against the house plus removing the large tree stumps. Also did some trimming and raising the canopy on a large Arizona Ash in the front yard. These guys did one SUPER job. Excellent!! Fantastic!! Great!!! In a scale of 1-10 they rate a 12+. You can't go wrong hiring this company.

Excellent!! This company and the crew that they provided we are professional. It is great to work , they cut it and cleaned it up. They did not break any of my expensive equipment in my backyard -air-conditioning and Pool I can do nothing but highly recommend them and the job that they do

Amazing service and artistry! They removed a large live oak, small hackberry from my backyard and trimmed two trees in the front. We’ve had several tree services over the years and Emerald Tree Experts are by far the best one on price, knowledge, professionalism and time. They came out, got right to work and were done with in 4 hours. Tyler and his team left our property beautiful! They even took 8 hugs bags of leaves we had lining the side of our house without saying a word! That type of customer service and courtesy is hard to find these day. We’ve found our forever tree service company! Hire them!

Tyler and his crew were absolutely terrific in removing huge trees in my yard that had suffered oak wilt, and cleaning out the dead branches on other trees. They were professional, courteous, prompt, hard working, knowledgeable about the whole category of trees and oak wilt and worked very efficiently. If I have other problems with oak wilt in my remaining trees I will definitely hire them. Their prices were very fair and I would highly recommend them.

Emerald Tree Experts came and helped remove a branch that had broken off in a recent storm. It hadn't fallen off completely and was at risk of falling on the roof and causing damage. They removed the branch and trimmed up the rest of the tree to prevent potential further damage to our home. They were professional, polite, and quick. Considering all they did in a timely manner I am happy with the price I paid. They also left no mess behind and left my yard free of any debris that fell while they were working. I recommended them to my father and a few friends. Will definitely be requesting their services again in the future.
