A guy named Tristan was going to do a porch with a ramp and railings because my mom can't go down stairs. First ramp was so steep I couldn't even walk down. He took that down and redid another one and said it would be more money to add a railing. Really they already paid $4700. Shouldn't a railing come with a porch. He didn't finish the work... told my dad F You and his crew left. what a douche to take advantage of my parents. Please no one use his services.... he's a liar and a rude man. This is how it got left.

ts a disaster! I was told they have done German smear on new construction houses. Lied about experience and license time. Timeline to finish was 3 days per (NAME REMOVED) (partial owner). Right side was worked on first, finish was not coming out as they hoped so told me they would apply the mortar and then chip it off to get the desired look (that side never got finished) but they started on the left side and back of house (to this day, all sides are partially completed). Landscaping, windows, exterior fixtures i.e. gutters, pipes, faucets etc were not protected/covered as they should have been per the contract. They came for 3 days (6/22-6/24) and made a mess; applied mortar w/ no smear. On 6/25, HOA stopped work until approval was granted, (NAME REMOVED) was informed per text; I was unaware approval was needed. On 7/21, Tristan was informed HOA approved. On 7/28, they came back, applied more mortar to the back and left side of the house and the first payment of $880 was provided as (NAME REMOVED) asked for payment and stated per the contract its due. Well, per the contract, first payment was not due until one month AFTER COMPLETION. I requested a refund, nothing! On 7/29- no show. On 7/30, they applied mortar to the back and power washed the left side as a picture was sent from me showing uneven application! I was told they would come back on Friday, 7/31, and finish the 3 sides- the never showed and went to VA to help friends/family with cabinetry work. I communicated my concerns about the no shows, payment, and workmanship. Ladders were left, power washer ( came in my backyard without permission and took), bags of tile mortar, and other smaller tools supplies. There is very little communication now; may reasonably be perceived as an acknowledgment that there were significant issues with the work performed. Outside of their scope of experience and expertise. This was also told to the two owners, (NAME REMOVED). Their crew was fired, hired, and/or left. I was told by Woody one guy knew what to do, obviously not.

Woody and Tristan are energetic and friendly. Woody and I can’t remember his did a very good job in cleaning my gutters and trimming of the tree above my house. I will be calling on them in the future for sure!

Woody and Tristan did an outstanding job at a fair price. I had a soft wash done on the house and pressure wash done on all concrete and it looks great. They are very professional and friendly and super easy to work with. I highly recommend them and they offer a wide range of home services. You won't regret hiring them for your project.

Great communication, great job and very reliable. Highly recommend these young men. I look forward to having more work done by them.

Woody, was very professional doing a masterful job

I couldn’t be happier! From our initial meeting I was impressed with the professionalism of the owners Connor(Woody) and Tristan. We had all 80 windows cleaned inside and out. They sparkle and shine beautifully! I must mention they did most of them by hand,the good old fashioned way!

I had a great experience with Emerald Home Elite Improvement. They came out to work on our gutters and were professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was handled efficiently, and the quality of the work really stood out.

Emerald Elite Exterior Cleaning did an excellent job on my gutters and downspouts. They were kind, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. The service was quick but still VERY thorough. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right. I’d definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
