Took 6 months to do work. We were out of our house all of that time. Mold treatment had to be done twice. Contractor walked off and refused to complete repair of room because âinsurance took too long to payâ. Left all of our furniture and belongings wrapped up in plastic and stacked throughout house. Another man who worked in the company verbally told us he would oversee getting the room repaired. His name was Dan. For 21/2 months, we tried to meet with him and sign contract, he cancelled three meetings with us with trivial excuses. They also left a huge hole in the bedroom floor at the entrance to the room covered only by a plastic sheet. We could have easily fallen through to the crawl space below. A good neighbor recommended a contractor to us and we finally had the room repaired properly. It took about 3 days to complete. A job that should have taken no more than 2 weeks took 6 months.

"Lynne is a very nice lady however, the information she provided is not factual. 1. if she was out of her home for 6 months it was not because of us. Our work only took a month and a half. Her insurance company would not approve the work that was needed for us to get started. Her insurance company gave her $1400 for $18,000 worth of work to remove toxic mold from her house and she did not have any money to get the work done. 2. We were not contracted to do the reconstruction. 3. Furniture was wrap in plastic to protect her belongings from any reconstruction that was needed in the future. 4. Dan is an Independent Adjuster who is not an employee of the company but, was the person who got her $17,000 for her project and we made up the difference. 5.We are not aware of any agreement between her and Dan because we were finish with the job. 6.If she needed a contractor, Home Advisor has a list of them. 7. Any contractor doing work at your house would want to get paid for services 95% of customers recommend EmergencyDamage.net for there mold, water or storm damage projects! Look at the other ratings!"

had a pipe burst under the house and didn't discover it until my crawlspace was fouled with nasty water and waste. Barry, the owner of Emergency Damage, got me through all the hassle that goes with insurance claims. He was knowledgeable and always available. Great company and really good job.

All in all they completed the job with little to no incident. I would recommend them to others with a disclaimer regarding professionalism in that they seemed to cut a few corners. For instance they drove/parked in the grass in lieu of parking on the street. They left a bit of debris from the work they did. I would recommend them under supervision and probably not without.
