They did come to repair the garage door within a couple of hours of calling them, and we were satisfied with the repair. The serviceman, however, did things that bothered us. He first used our ladder without asking and did not return it to the original stored position. Second, he stuck their company sticker to a painted wall in our garage without our permission. It took some effort to peel it off trying not to damage the wall. We were charged a flat fee to come out and one hour of labor which we were told was the minimum charge. We determined that another service magic person who called later would have charged us a lot less.

The company was excellent. I called on a Monday and asked for installation on Tues. They did provide very promt and professional sservice. I would and will use them again.

The serviceman was efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, the service was completed in a few minutes and could have been worked out over the phone. Giving Emergency Door credit though, their phone technician tried to "walk me through" the resetting of my code. I just could not get it. Good service!
