Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
John took half the money up front, had delay after delay, screwed up the project, stiffed subcontractors who then came after me for their money, and then abandoned the project entirely, costing me tens of thousands to undo and redo the work. Check with the Illinois Attorney General before attempting to work with John. He has been ordered to cease doing construction projects.
