Very pleased that they were able to come the day after I called. Yellowjackets were entering my basement from a next under my house siding near the foundations. The entrance was successfully sealed. The nest under the siding is still active. Can't get to it unless the siding is removed and then they'd be swarming. Colder weather will take care of it. They said they come back to spray outside the siding where they are entering to help control the activity, with no additional charge.

This company is Amazing!!!! From speaking to Justin one of the owners who was very professional and explained the process, warranty and the cost no hidden fees thank you. But I want to give a big shout out to Ashton who is flipping amazing !!! He was very accommodating, professional and patient we me while I was destroying ( renovating) my home he reworked his schedule a few times for me. Ashton you are my hero thank you sooooo much for all you've done words cannot express how much I appreciate you!!!

Gave them Five Star review and would have given them more. Great people to work with. Caught 3 ground hogs and 6 raccoons (which we didn't know we had). They were on time, very professional and dedicated to solving our pest problem. Can't say enough good things. They went above and beyond what we hired them to do!

Small Animal Pest Control Service
Thought I was paying (several hundred dollars) for removal of the critter in my attic. They inspected the attic and said it was a raccoon. They set traps outside the house. Three weeks went by with no change in the noise from the attic. They said the payment was for two weeks of trapping but left the traps a bit longer since we were still hearing activity. The trap actually caught a raccoon but 10 minutes after removal of the raccoon, we heard the same noises in the attic. They left traps another week then picked them up with no further communication. Still hearing activity in the attic, I bought a live trap on my own and set it up in the attic. Less than 24 hours later, we caught a squirrel in the trap. While setting the trap I noticed the drywall busted out and insulation had fallen down into a cavity above the underlying stairwell. It appears that while inspecting the attic, they put a foot through the drywall and didn't say anything. Spent $650 and ended up doing the job myself and now have a drywall repair too. Not happy!

First off, our company, like ALL wildlife removal companies does not and cannot offer a GUARANTEE that we can successfully remove the target animals. We are dealing with wild animals in an environment that we cannot fully control. You paid for a trapping engagement period of 10-business days. In good faith, we extended that engagement to 22-business days AT NO ADDITIONAL COST to yourself. We did trap and remove 1 raccoon from your home. The technician shared with me you used a trail cam and caught a squirrel in your attic. Austin offered to provide a discounted rate on a trapping engagement for squirrels, so we can could target this additional nuisance animal entering and potentially damaging your home. You declined the offer and didn't respond to our technicians attempt to contact you. I am truly sorry that we weren't able to capture the squirrels that were not part of the engagement. However, we provided above and beyond the service you actually paid for. Please feel free to reach out to us directly with any other questions. Again, sorry we let you down."

I had a bat come in the house early January. I knew I had bats in my attic over the summer and concerned they were hibernating in my attic. I contacted thru home advisor and promptly received a callback. Easy to schedule a day for them to come and ck out the issue. 2 crew members came and went into the 2 attic accesses and ck outside the house, here about an hour. No bats and birds in attic, but the attic had multiple nests, messes from birds and bats! Probably a squirrel or two had been there too, so a big toxic cleaning and removal needed to be done, 2 exclusions screens replaced, and remove/replace insolationin areas.They took notes etc and estimate would be emailed to me. The men were very professional and knowledgable. Rec'd estimate next day and hired them.Overalll,professional crew. I felt comfortable having them in my attic for 4 hours, cleaning the mess made by bats and birds! Crew was on time and cleaned up afterwards. Of course I had hoped to pay less, but really had nothing to compare it too. I'm happy and glad that I had them take care of it. I was assured if I suspect any critters they would happily come and ck it out again!

They came late at night on Veterans Day in the snow. They Did a thorough examination of our basement and followed up the next day to seal all entryways. They were professional prompt and kind. We were very happy with their service.
