I would like to highly thank Mr. Micheal Macloski (sorry if I misspelled), for reaching out to rectify my concerns. I’m very appreciative with the follow up and concern to adhere to my problem. Because of this huge repair needed at my home, I’ve been overwhelmed and anxious for answers. The process wasn’t what I expected (but Rome was built in a day). Mr. Percell (dispatcher), Mr. Dion (inspector), & Mr, John (lead dispatcher) were great as well. As a water employee, I understand there’s a lot going on. Having someone understand and provide great service is all I can ask for. Again thanks Mr. Maclouski for providing exceptional service and understanding.

The plumber did a pretty good job opening the drain. He quoted me a price which I thought was reasonable and did the job. After a good job he asked how I was going to pay and i told him I would use a credit card. He got the numbers for the card and said that the invoice would be sent to my cell phone. I waited a couple of hours for the invoice to arrive and after 24 hours, I still haven't received the invoice. The payment is the only snag in this work transaction. I will call the business tomorrow and see where the invoice is floating. I would much rather have a paper invoice so I can verify that what he charged me is the actual price that was put on the credit card.

Charged $550 for basically no work. Then quoted a price of $9452.00 to repair a sewer line that wasn?t prove to broken. Did more talking than working. $550.00 for 20 minutes of nothing.
