It was supposed to be 4 people at noon I got 2 people at once. The house was going on the market pics were set at 3. We had to cancel the pics because it was not done. After talking to them on the phone I played half the price we agreed on. I would not use them again. It was management, not the workers.

Haphazard job. Disorganized.1Did not use professional equipment or cleaning products. Tried cleaning outside with the screen still on? What gives with that. Did not complete the job. All inside bedroom windows were left Uncleaned and 2 outside windows were not even touched. I talked with Alex and he reassured me that they would return and complete the job. Did not show up! In light windows were streaky at most. The final bill was almost double what he had quoted. Very unhappy with service!!! They will not be used again and no references for me.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!! : This company,Emergi-Cleaning, came to our home without proper equipment. They were cutting weeds with scissors! The lawnmower was unable to cut the lawn without leaving clumps of grass in the yard! They left the clumps there. The mower cut like a low budget residential mower, instead of what would be expected for commercial use. The 2-guys were unable to edge the lawn and indicated they would need to return to finish. Also, before they started, I agreed to pay them almost twice the Home Advisors estimate as they agreed to weed 3 small flower beds as well. To my chagrin, they were unable to finish. Emergi-Cleaning asked if they could be given a chance to rectify this horrid job. In an effort to give them a chance, I allowed them to come again to attempt to fix this fiasco. It was bad judgement to give them another chance. Even after allowing them to fix this mess, they were a NO SHOW! In case you were wondering, my total yard is about 1300 sq./ft I am a very reasonable person, but this company is two guys in a van trying to start a business. If you are in a nice neighborhood and need your lawn managed, STAY AWAY from these guys or roll the dice. Maybe they were not at my home fixing this mess because they were doing a stellar job somewhere else. If there was a lower rating I could give them, I would do it! Irvin

Rio really worked hard on this studio and took extra care to make sure that they cleaned the corners of the window sills. I was very pleased with the whole process.

This company and the men are great workers and are very reliable. They tell you what they can do and. . . . .they just do it. I am more than pleased with the service they provided. I plan to call on them again for more yard and home jobs.
