Excellent service and very professional installation crew. There were three layers of shingles, two were old shake shingles to be torn off after wind damage, job was completed quickly and they left my property very neat and clean. Todd Chaffin has worked very closely with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered on the wind damage claim.

I was thinking I would need to replace my gutter but the nicest man, Paul, came to look at the problem and asked if I wanted to try and repair the gutter first. I appreciated his honesty with me and he came out the same day and repaired the gutter (which was not pitched correctly and was causing a lot of water to fall toward my foundation. He said to try this and if it didn't work, he would give me the credit I paid for this repair towards new guttering. How honest is this? I just can't begin to tell you how nice he was to me and was so very willing to work with me. It is refreshing today to see someone caring about others as much as he did with me. I am very grateful and would not hesitate to have Emerson put new gutters in for me after being so honest with this repair to my gutters. Thank you for the excellent work.
