My experience with Emerson Home Service was amazing from start to finish. I originally called in for a cash quote, after Austin arrived and we talked about my situation he did an inspection of the roof. He showed me some storm damage that I had tried to file a claim on myself unsuccessfully. Austin was able to re-open that same claim and get it overturned from a repair to a full roof replacement through my insurance company. So thankful I trusted Austin and Emerson Home Service, they saved me over 12k dollars. Thanks for the hard work and professionalism, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I was in desperate need due to leaks in the interior of my house, I had damage on my roof from a prior storm. The company was able to get my homeowners insurance to replace my roof. They were extremely efficient and replaced it in one day. It looks beautiful upgraded the value of my home and I have absolutely no issues anymore. They were polite kind and did a fabulous job.
