I wish I had found this man three contractors ago. He is intent on doing a job well, He will talk to you about what you want and then come up with the best approach. He knows what he is doing and charges a fair price. He does what he says he will do which is more rare than you would think.

He did not show up on time. He called three hours later than he was supposed to show up. He also brought people with him that were going through the dumpster and items were supposed to go to charity. My father just passed away and he is aweful. I had him give me a quote on a second job and I did not sign a contract and he texted me that I owe him $350.00 a 10% fee for not signing the contract. He also told me that he would put a lien on the house. He did not even finish the job. There is still a piano in the alley and he just turned it upside down and left it there and we have already paid him for that job. We gave him $2000.00 and he didn't even finish the job. All of the things were supposed to be donated and they took them for themselves.

They were prompt and professional. They did a great job and their fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

The company took my money and provided no services, they did not do the work, they were disrespectful and rude, did not care about the customer or loosing the business, they have not return my money. Did not perform any work or purchase any material.

above and beyond what we asked for. took initiative to fix a couple of problems that we didn't catch initially for no extra charge.

He seemed like a very honest and sincere young man at first, however, it was all just a facade. He quoted me a price to do my fence then decided to say it was not a final bill and that it was only an estimate, my original invoice does not state it was an estimate. He was always late, 2 hours or more or would not make it to our house at all, and never worked a full day at my house to finish my fence and never had everything he needed for the job. He would work a max of 2 hours and then leave because it was too hot or he was tired. He spent almost 3 works working on my fence and gates and never complete the job. I have missing caps for my posts and he left his messes for me to clean up. My daughter and I helped him stain most of the fence that he had completed. There were a few sections that did not get stained at all. When he mentioned that he had to buy more materials I would reimburse him for them since he had under quoted his price for putting up a fence and I felt bad for him. I received an invoice from him showing that I paid him for all the extra hardware, pickets, and stain he had bought, and then he decided he wanted to take the stain I reimbursed him for to complete another person fence when mine was not even done! He told me he was going to put a lien on my house because I did not give him the stain. We fired him and are having to fix the bad job he did and finish the gates as well. I have huge gaps between my fence and my storage, it's not secure by my house, we having missing hardware (which was all accounted for when it was dropped off at my house) and he left nails, screws, and staples sticking out all over my front gate which is a safety hazard for mt kids and dogs! He always had an excuse for why he could not make it on time or at all and I was very understanding about his schedule and worked with him, obviously, cause it took him almost 3 weeks to do the poor job he did. I just wanted our fence done right. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend him to anyone.

The work was done well and he was very quick once he got there, but I spent my entire day waiting for him to show up; he was always running about 2 hours late. He billed me online and had a due date of June 21 on the invoice and then started pressuring me for payment less than 24 hours after the job was done and 3 weeks before the due date. He does do good work.

John is very professional. I've got no issues at all and he is a great guy.
