Mike is very quick to respond, experienced, knowledgeable, and obviously concerned about the big three--quality, schedule, and cost. We haven't had the work done yet, but we're going with him despite having had lower estimates from two others. This guy is a real pro. We'll sign the contract on May 1 for both bathrooms at our house. I will recommend him to a bunch of people who will get him a lot of business.

very professional from beginning to end. worked our bathroom "emergency" into his schedule during his busy time of year. much appreciated. even looked at a dripping pipe in our basement and did a quick 10 minute mend that he didn't have to do and was not part of the original plan. thanks alot mike you were great!!! i've already recommended him to friends and family and he just finished the job 10 hours ago.

Overall very satisfied.Work done as scheduled. Mike seem very knowledgable about installation and answered all my questions. The door on cabinet was damaged, Mike said saleman has on order. Waiting on door to be replaced and copy of form to file for tax credit. The only thing I was disappointed about was the covering around the outside exhaust pipes. Would like a better finished cover around pipes. They are on our patio and should look more professional. Note: My last name is Klavuhn not Clavuhn

The service was efficient from the beginning - with a very prompt response to my first on-line inquiry, to the first visit by Mike to discuss what I needed , and then to the efficeint installation - with little disruption to my home/schedule. Also quick response to correct a problem related to the furnace - due to the manufacturers oversight.

I contacted them on Friday morning and he was able to take care of my heating needs by Friday afternoon! Very professional, knowledgeable and willing to address all of my questions. I will definitely contact them in the future for all of my HVAC & Plumbing issues.

Arrived the same day the request was made, gave an estimate about $200 less than I was expecting, and showed up on time to do the work two days later. Five hours of work, very well done, and very professional. If I ever have trouble in the future requiring a plumber, this is who I'm calling.
