Kitchen remodel: excellent work and project ran on time and within budget parameters. Emil is the best to work with in terms of responsiveness and change orders as the project develops. In our case he also did most of the work himself which resulted in exactly what we wanted. Many years later people still comment on his custom work.

I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done on my home. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. They repaired extensive dry rot, replaced the siding, and updated all of the wood trim around my house with incredible attention to detail. Everything looks brand new, and the quality of the craftsmanship really shows. On top of that, they also installed a kitchen range hood, including the vent and ductwork, which was done seamlessly and works perfectly. What stood out most was their professionalism and reliability. They showed up on time every day, communicated clearly throughout the project, and kept everything clean and organized. It’s not easy to find someone who delivers this level of quality while also being dependable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality exterior repairs or home improvements. Emil, of Emil's Renovations, did wonderful work and transformed a rundown rental house that had not been updated since 1952, into a lovely, updated home. Attention to detail, execution of each sub-project, and willingness to do both small and large projects was appreciated. Not only were interactions pleasant, work was flawless and I have had ZERO problems with any of the work done. I should mention the level of professionalism as well - arrived when expected, kept area neat (I was living in home during renovation), pleasant (mentioned twice as important), worked independently and took care of everything. I highly recommend Emil's Renovations for any work, large or small, that you are interested in doing.

Emil's Renovations redid my Bathroom and Vanity. Part of my Kitchen. All done perfectly. What I liked with Emil's Renovations is that he works with you selecting items and what I like and not like. I have found that most firms work using Templates because it so fast which ends up looking cheap. Everything Emil do is done is original and like he really likes what he is doing. NO Templates! One firm that was bidding on my Bathroom gave me a proposal that was 10 pages long and 8 of these pages was what was not included. Emil proposal is only 1 page long, I think he should make it 2-3 pages which would make it clear what is included. All you have to do is to ask him and he will provide it. One thing I liked about Emil's you will be working with the owner who together with his assistant do all the work.

All the work was performed excellently. Fast and high-quality. We have been using his services for many years. All projects was successful, on time and reasonable price.

Emil is wonderful to work with. I've hired Emil 5 times for multiple projects. He has remodeled all three of my bathrooms, helped remove load bearing walls, an reworked the layout in our primary bedroom, as well as installed hardwood flooring. Emil is not only trustworthy, he is hard working, responsive and so kind. His attention to detail craftsmanship is great, and I am quite particular. I have recommended him and will continue to do so.

Fast and efficient on the job we had done. Paint needed a little touch up but the price was fair and I would use him again.
