The only down side of this contractor was communication. He promised two different dates to show up and postponed both. This repair was after a small tornado in the area so I'm sure he was extra busy. He did use 7 nails per shingle and not 4. Much better that Tops roofing!

The quality of his work is fantastic! He did not cut corners to do an excellent job. He is meticulous. We are very pleased with his work. The quality of the finishing touches was perfect.
