Romel was very attentive and timely. He even came back and helped me address a few more areas another contractor was going to charge me for, and Romel didnâ t not charge extra. Heâ s helped me with two demolition projects now, and both times I was satisfied.

Emmanuel Environmental, Inc. and his crew did an amazing job. Very punctual, hard working and respectful. It was a big job and they did it very systematically and left the site clean. In addition to demo work, they did asbestos removal. Would definitely hire again.

The worker and owner tried to have me agree with them that I had asbestos from the glue that was applied to the mirrors on my walls of bathroom that were removed. The owner wanted to charge me to have it tested, i refused. The owner also charged me for what he said he had to pay Angie for it referral, which was 50.00 more than his quote, which was 300.00, so I ended up having to pay the 350.00.

"No body can try to agree that someone has asbestos. We removed his vanity and the mirrors in 2 bathrooms. Upon removing the mirrors, there were black mastic glue dots. Most times the mastic can be asbestos. We simply recommend to the owner that it is wise to get it tested and we can even do the test because it also determines how we dispose of it. I gave the homeowner the cheapest price he could have gotten, and we made very little profit on this project. I met the owner in person and he said none of this. In fact he said it was a great job, and he is satisfied. He also gave me a great review and said how great the employee was on this site on 7/5 at 5:24pm. For unknown reasons, today he has changed his review to a negative comment."
