"Hi Judy, Our Cleaning Specialist was only approved for 2 hours of cleaning by you, she stayed an extra 30 minutes that she did not charge you for. You were only charged for a kitchen cleaning and two bathrooms, and due to the condition of the home took the entire 2.5 hours. If you would like us to come back out we would be happy to do so. We strive for a 5-star experience from all of our clients :)"
