Empire Concrete

I am re-reviewing Empire Concrete. I am not able to contact ZacK LIttle for warranty repair work that needs to be done on my driveway that was installed last year. Very disappointed.

I hired Empire Concrete to add 10 feet of concrete to an already existing patio in my backyard. They poured a concrete entryway with steps and remove the old driveway and poured a new one. Their staff was courteous and kept me informed along the way. My experience with them was top notch from the first bid meeting through the final walk through of the job. I had gotten several bids for the job and Zach's pricing was just right. I have received many compliments on the work that was done and I'm pleased to refer this company to you.

My driveway turned out great. I would have liked to have more fill by the edges of the driveway, since I now a 3 inch drop on each side of the driveway. A source of irritation has been, after numerous attempts to obtain info, I am still waiting on the written warranty I was promised for a 2 year warranty on the concrete from cracking, etc., and specific details of what the ChemShield sealant provides. I would suggest get everything, including promised warranty, in writing, prior to accepting bid. Since reviewing Empire Concrete, I have now received a written email warranty for the concrete product and the ChemShield product.

I called Zack to replace the approach and sidewalk to my driveway. His crew was very efficient and I was impressed with their attention to detail. Zack was able to answer all my questions and concerns and installed exactly what I wanted. I will be calling him again to replace siding on my garage next Spring.

Always available to answer my questions. Unusual slope of my driveway presented challenges. All details that occurred because of those challenges were taken care of to my satisfaction.. The job actually entailed installing a driveway and two adjoining sidewalks.

Very pleasant and knew their profession extremely well. They went beyond what I expected and I am hard to please. The project was top notch. They showed up early and worked very late to finish the concrete correctly. Final project turned out great.
