Niko was on time, courteous, and professional. He treated the two floors of our two family home, and the basement cellar. He gave the upstairs tenant tips for preventing any further problems. He is thorough with his work, and is communicative where he answered all our questions and concerns. Based on Niko's work, Empire Exterminators is great value for the money.

The best exterminating company I have used. I used three guys and they couldn't fix the issue, but this guy did it one trip!
