Very professional, excellent communication, outstanding service. I recommend them.

Richard Nelson and his son Ricky answered my inquiry for a quote within an hour. I am a single, senior woman. I so appreciate the time taken to answer every question. My garage door did not open after the circuit breaker tripped during a storm. It would not reset. I am concerned about being unable to enter/exit my garage in case of an emergency. Richard came out the same afternoon. Absolutely NO SALES PRESSURE. I made the decision to replace the opener and add a battery back up. Not only was the installation completed in a timely manner, but they also lubricated the garage door, programmed the exterior opener, and programmed the opener in my vehicle. All of this done at the end of their regular working day. Neither one left until they were certain everything was in working order and I was completely satisfied. These two gentleman are the epitome of professionalism, integrity and humility. I would give them 10 stars if this system allowed it.

I spoke to two companies about replacing my garage door openers. Richard at Empire by far gave me the most information about my options for garage door openers. He had done several garage doors in my neighborhood and even knew what size garage door we had in our neighborhood. They were able to set an appointment to come out to my house 4 days after I called. Since we have not moved to FL yet I was not home, but they were able to install the garage door without me being there and even set it up on the MyQ app for me, so I can control it from MN. I would definitely hire them again!!!!

They were very professional and knowledgeable. Great job with the install if the system. Very easy to use as well. Thanks guys!

honest polite called them to fix a problem came within 2 hours

Empire was great to work with, easy to contact and very professional. Rich got everything se up quickly and was easy to work with. The installation was fast 7 professional and the guys who did the install were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I'll recommend them and use them again if the need arises.

Very easy to work with

Richard and his son Rich from Empire Garage Door service were very nice and professional. They did an excellent job on replacing the belt on my garage door opener, as well as greasing the door and changing the battery on the remote. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed again.

Very prompt Good job recommend everyone if you need any garage work

They were on time and did a great job.

There was a prompt response by the company owners. I needed repairs to the door trim and door operation. They arrived on time. The repairs and materials were high quality, and the cost was very reasonable. It was a good experience.

Very professional workers. Explained in detail what caused the problem with the failed cable

I could not be happier with the job that access doors did on my garage door. They came quickly, worked professionally, and had the job done when promised. Also, they quoted the best price out there. M/M Trincia

Great guys! Quick and did a wonderful job!

Came out and installed a new opener. Were quick to respond, and they completed the job super quick. Very helpful too. Will use them next time I have a garage door issue. Thanks guys!

Job well done! Your team arrived on schedule, were very courteous and professional, successfully replaced both of our Liftmaster garage door openers as requested and charged us exactly the all-in price you quoted. Prior to departure they programmed operation of both new openers into the Homelink interface on our respective vehicles and walked us through successful setup of the MyQ app on both of our iPhones. A very positive experience overall!

They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Quick and honest and friendly

This company was so helpful and responsive to issues I needed corrected. They did what they said they were going to do. The team explained how all new equipment worked and went the extra mile in connecting my car to opener. Customer Service is what sets this company apart from others. Thank you!! Maureen
