Richard Nelson and his son Ricky answered my inquiry for a quote within an hour. I am a single, senior woman. I so appreciate the time taken to answer every question. My garage door did not open after the circuit breaker tripped during a storm. It would not reset. I am concerned about being unable to enter/exit my garage in case of an emergency. Richard came out the same afternoon. Absolutely NO SALES PRESSURE. I made the decision to replace the opener and add a battery back up. Not only was the installation completed in a timely manner, but they also lubricated the garage door, programmed the exterior opener, and programmed the opener in my vehicle. All of this done at the end of their regular working day. Neither one left until they were certain everything was in working order and I was completely satisfied. These two gentleman are the epitome of professionalism, integrity and humility. I would give them 10 stars if this system allowed it.

I spoke to two companies about replacing my garage door openers. Richard at Empire by far gave me the most information about my options for garage door openers. He had done several garage doors in my neighborhood and even knew what size garage door we had in our neighborhood. They were able to set an appointment to come out to my house 4 days after I called. Since we have not moved to FL yet I was not home, but they were able to install the garage door without me being there and even set it up on the MyQ app for me, so I can control it from MN. I would definitely hire them again!!!!

Richard and his son Rich from Empire Garage Door service were very nice and professional. They did an excellent job on replacing the belt on my garage door opener, as well as greasing the door and changing the battery on the remote. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if needed again.
