After looking for estimates and a new repair man for a new furnace and repair for central air Lee was the best man for the job. He was quick, responsive and willing to work around the holiday schedule. His estimate was one of the better ones and included items others had left out or not even suggested. He and his team were clean, organized and did a terrific job. They were all done in one day. I am so pleased with the job they've done and highly recommend them.

I just had an amazing experience with Lee and his team at Empire! He responded within the hour to my initial phone call, came the same day to look at my needs, and sent me a quote the very next day!!! Quote was priced very competitively, and based on other reviews and recommendations, I accepted the quote. Within 3 days I had a brand new a/c installed!!! Guys worked tirelessly in a very hot, uncomfortable attic, and cleaned up when they completed the work. I am thrilled to have found Empire!!!

Empire Heating & Air did a great job fixing my problem. The problem with my furnace was not easy to figure out, but he took the challenge. He needed to come back more than once, but he did figure it out and fixed it. I was very impressed with his determination and business sense. All vendors should be like Empire.

Lee was the only contractor in the duct business I contacted who communicated quickly and was open about his schedule and the timing of his work for us. His staff was very professional and polite. They did the exact work on the contract and did it in the time frame they said they would do it.

This was the best experience I have had. They were polite and patient. They were knowlegeable, professional and gave us a great quote. They replaced the A/C and furnace. Work was done quickly and the a/c works beter than ever and looks amazing. Will be using only them in the future and highly recommend them.

Had a new on-demand combi unit put into my house for an upstairs atp. Eddie and Lee knew there stuff. They were professional and curious. they had to open up a few walls on the first fl apr to run the tubing to the second floor and were open to where and making the openings as small as possible. the job came out great and very happy. They were attentive and did the job right. Would totally recommend.

Lee is a very efficient and well mannered. I was in need of a company that was honest, to the point and was not going to pull a fast one on me. Empire installed a Trane Ameristar gas furnace in my home. The two gentlemen, Lee and Eddie, were not only professional and expert at what they do, but cordial and kind. Very nice guys who did a great job - and were extremely reasonable in their pricing. I highly recommend them.
