I can strongly recommend this company. I had all the fascia around the house replaced and the house painted and gutters added. Jennifer was on site every day the crew was here to make sure things were done and stayed in touch with updates. They finished the job in 3 days. My house looks so much better.

Empire Home Solutions is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. We needed to have the siding on the back of our house replaced along with installation of new gutters. Jennifer was everything you want in a company representative. We received several estimates, and while they were all approximately the same, it was Jennifer who won us over with going with Empire Home Solutions. She was professional, knowledgeable, yet personable. She thoroughly explained what we could expect from them and let us know she would personally be checking in on the work throughout the entire process. She meant what she said! From start to finish we were kept informed on who would be showing up, how long it would take, and when the next step would begin. The various crews were polite, respectful, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Without having to do any work, we were so well informed we felt as if we were a part of the team. Jennifer sets high expectations for her teams and the results reflect those high standards. The finished job is FANTASTIC. In the future, when we need either a new roof or exterior work on our home, we know we will be contacting Empire Home Solutions.

With the suggestions and variations in the cost provided by Jennifer it was clear long term I was better following her recommendation. The crews arrived each day on time and their attention to detail was the best I have seen compared to previous contractors that I have used. Either Jennifer or Gentry showed up daily. They introduced us to the crews, checked that the materials were delivered on time, and made sure the worksite was cleaned up at the end of each day. The work was done well and in a timely manner. I feel a sense of comfort knowing Empire Home Solutions strives to understand the consumer and works to meet or exceed expectations. Empire Home Solutions is a company that I will use again and certainly would recommend.

From the initial phone call with Warren to set up a meeting for the estimate, to the final walkthrough with Jennifer, the experience with Empire was fantastic.
