Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
They came out in an emergency situation (gas smell) and found out that it was ice in the gas meter, which is the gas company's problem. They didn't even charge us for the service call! What company would do that now?!? Highly recommend!

I had a garbage disposal and faucet installed, also a basement wash tub and faucet. I called Paul and he was at my home in 30 minutes ready to work! It was like having a friends helping me out, what great guys!! Did the jobs, cleaned up and was charged a VERY fair price!!! I am getting estimates on several other projects! I HIGHLY recommend Empire Mechanical Services!

Shower Install or Replace
The guys came to my house and fixed the "squeal". The next day, it immediately started again. One of the guys came back & fixed it again. Now, there is a slight squeal when I start the shower but then stops - compared to before, I guess it is great. Tomorow, we'll see.

Paul was extremely responsive, and so helpful with me scheduling something as I am several states away, to do a repair in my father's house which is local to Paul. He called back right away, scheduled the repair, showed up ON TIME, and didn't gouge me on the repair. I would highly recommend and will use him for sure on future endeavors.

We are selling our house and needed some deck finishing completed. They gave a good estimate, and said they would complete the job in a timely manner. My husband had to remind them twice of how he wanted it completed. They did not finish it off the way we had anticipated, but the work is done. We feel that we don't have to live with the non uniformity of the cuts. We weren't completely satisfied, but it's done!
