This guy is a con artist. Look at his reviews on Yelp and on the better business bureau. He disappears once he has your deposit and will only refund a portion of your money after threatening to go to the police and getting an attorney involved. I would never recommend Lou Frank to anyone?EVER

If I could give Lou a zero I would. I'd actually prefer to see him in jail for fraud since he stole my $4000 deposit and did nothing. Gave him $4000 5/3/2024 with the understanding the dock is in stock and will install by the end of the month. Empire Nautical, a dealer for Wave Armor t, ook my deposit over 4 moths ago and never installed my dock. Finally end of July I requested a refund and Lou agreed but never sent. I have gotten the Wave Armor home office involved and still no refund. He has said the checks in the mail or wire my refund but just keeps lying. DO NOT USE!!!

This is a scam artist, took down payment and disappeared.

I paid a deposit for a kayak launch and rack mid-December 2023 and no work was ever done. Lou the sales person I spoke with only had excuses. After 3 months, that was March 2024. Lou finally offered to refund my deposit. This has yet to be done. Beware!!!

I purchased 2 jet ski docks and they installed them while I was on vacation July 28, 2023. Communication was fine up to this point, paid 1/2 to start project, completed payment after install. Picture of completed project sent to me and final payment submitted. Returned from vacation to find they forgot to install the rear piece that joins the 2 docks together and I almost fell over when i jumped onto dock, because it seperated about a foot. Contacted them no less than 2 dozen times and was given the run around by Chris and Lou. Lou finally said he was ordering the plate that joins them together and would overnight them. Part never arrived. I called Lou again and he said FEDEX wanted. $500 to ship piece (BULLCRAP). I gave up dealing with them and called the MNFG directly. I dealt with wave armour directly and explained the situation, they professionally sent me the correct part within 2 weeks. I had 3 neighbors wanting my same setup, but they will not get any of their business.

Buyer Beware of Empire EZ Dock Dock owner Lou Franku Frank. I had a float on the dock installed by them on 4/5/23. By the time assembly and installation were done, it was dark. So I waited a couple days to put my boat on the new dock. After the boat was on the dock, I noticed many discrepancies about the assembly and installation. Multiple bolts were loose, the dog bone connecter was separating from the main dock, the poles are out of level (the dock has been hanging up due to that), and the most troubling thing was that my boat stern was still in the water. I notified Lou via text with pictures. He said he would review them and call me back. Well, that did not happen. After multiple attempts to get through with him, he always said he would call back. Once again, that did not happen. When he finally answered the phone, he committed to showing up on Friday, 4/21/23, to fix the problem(s), along with a confirmation call on Thursday, 4/20/23. Once again, no call on Thursday, and no show or call on Friday. Since then, I have posted on the Empire EZ Dock page, sounding off about my dissatisfaction with the product they left me with. Empire EZ Dock immediately responded with, "One of our team members will reach out to you in the morning about making this right once again." You got it not a word. I did get a text that evening from Lou asking if he could call to set up getting my dock 100%. I replied that I would be available tomorrow. No response from the text, and once again. Wait for it. No response from Lou Unfortunately, I have since taken the long and legal route. Please. If you are shopping for a floating dock, steer very clear of the Empire EZ Dock. I have pictures to prove that I am a nitpicky customer, and these are very legitimate issues.

Easy and great service, Lou really simplifies everything down to a tee.
