Fast response, professional and knew what the problem was which turned out that an incorrect size opener had been installed by prior owner. While we opted not to replace at this time we felt he was very helpful.

Garage Door Opener Repair or Adjustment
Todd from Empire Overhead Doors (EOD) did an excellent job in repairing/adjusting our garage door. He even explained exactly what the issue was (sensor and left-side eye) and how he went about fixing it. We will use and would recommend EOD to others in the future.

The guy returned our call over a broken garage door even though we'd called after 5pm on a Friday. He came at 8:30 am on Saturday morning and fixed our garage door, which had snapped a cable, broken a hinge, and fallen off the track. He didn't try to upsell us on anything at all. Garage door works better now than I ever remember it working before.

I called Empire Overhead Doors and the owner arrived in a few hours. He diagnosed the problem in mere seconds. All he did was tweak the sensors by bending them up to align with the beam. I was ecstatic till I got the bill. Apparently he forgot to mention a $77.00 travel fee due to having to pay this site a fee to advertise. I was bowled over and next time will call someone who trouble shoots for free. Unfortunately, this left a bad taste in my mouth.
