My hot water heater began leaking on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend - yikes! After requesting a quote via Angi, I received nearly instant communication from Ruben, who then sent me lots of information about what likely needed to be done and what it would cost. He was available same day, and he was able to replace my water heater neatly and efficiently. I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed. So happy he could help me on the holiday weekend. I'm very appreciative.

Empire Plumbers sent Kevin to our residence yesterday to replace a leaking garbage disposal. Kevin arrived within the time window scheduled. He did a wonderful job for us. He is a clean worker making sure the wet under sink area was completely dry after the install. He also arrived wearing rubber booties over his work boots which was appreciated as we have wood floors. He cleaned up the work area nicely before leaving the premises. To add to all these attributes, he is a nice, very well mannered man. Thank you Empire Plumbers.

HIGHLY recommend Ruben and his team! Ruben is highly responsive and you can just tell he cares deeply about his company. As a small business owner, that means a lot because I am the same with my customers. Ruben scheduled Levi to come out next day and he replaced our old toilet with a new one and also installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Levi was courteous, efficient, and did an overall fantastic job. Best part is they are extremely reasonable. We had been using our former plumbing company for over a decade and their honesty level was slipping and they started charging a ridiculous amount just to come out and diagnose. I looked high and low and am very pleased to have found Ruben and his team who I will be using from now on!

They were VERY fair. It was a Touch Delta kitchen faucet. Couldn’t fix it, so didn’t charge me. Gave me a cost to install new one; my option to have them buy it or I could. I decided to buy myself due to Black Friday sales coming up. Great customer service too.
