Quick on responding, came out right away to get the job done. Just a little overpriced. I paid a total of over $310 for about less than 10 minutes of work. Parts was 135 the rest was for the labor.

I had a leaking kitchen faucet and Empire Plumbing was able to respond quickly to my request for an appointment. I hadn't been able to find a fixture locally, but Tom came and installed the faucet within 3 hours of delivery from Amazon. He was very professional and consulted with me on the install configuration every step of the way. That's amazing customer service!

Great service

Talked to Jim the owner, and about an hour later the plumber Tom arrived. He quickly assessed the leak, brought in his tools and repaired the leaking hot water line (pex) in about 15 minutes. I was happy they arrived so promptly and dealt with the leak professionally. I would hire them again if the need arises. I believe his rate is reasonable, I paid much more last year for the same type of leak to a different company. Happy to recommend

They came out same day I called. Besides other work, I also wanted to replace the kitchen sink, so they even emailed me photos of sinks. Very friendly, good work. Will definitely use them again.

They came out the next day, knew exactly what to do, got everything working within a couple hours. My hot water is working great for the first time since I bought the house.

Had a sudden emergency leak while selling our house. They came within 20 minutes. They needed a part and came back first thing the next morning.

I Sent into Home Advisors website found a list of plumbers, I checked the reviews and found lots of positive reviews for EMPIRE Plumbing. I called and they were at my house within the hour. A young guy named PARKER showed up. Parker was very pleasant and professional, who went to work immediately and had the problem fixed in a very short time. I thanked God when I heard how much it would cost! *** Thank you EMPIRE Plumbing and PARKER *** I highly recommend Empire Plumbing and will use them again.

I went on line to find a plumber..received a call 5 minutes after entering all my information and needs. Set up an appointment first thing on Monday(I called on Saturday). I was at work and my elderly mother had to let them in. She was very comfortable with the repairman. She didn t quite understand what they had said to watch for so I knew I would have to call and find out the details. They called me about a half hour after the appointment and explained what they did and the issue I would have to watch for...totally professional and above and beyond to make sure I was informed on what they did and the issues they found. Will absolutely hire them again.

I had a plumbing emergency. They came out the same day to make the repair. I was worried that the cost of the repair was going to be really high. But, it was totally reasonable. I highly recommend Empire Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Empire provided excellent, timely, knowledgeable, friendly service at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Less than half the price of the first plumber I called, and that plumber was not a member of Home Advisor.

I put out a request on Sunday, I had a call from them in less than an hour and scheduled for the very next day. Very reasonable house call plus parts. Done quickly, explained where the problem was (previous owner had put teflon tape unnecessarily all over every thread, plus other parts were corroded).

Very professional and friendly. Job was done quickly and effectively with beautiful results. The house was left in good condition. I would hire again.

Professional plumber and was very efficient

I called on Sunday and they had someone out the next morning on Monday and they replaced the faucet. Tom did a great job! I would hire them back in a minute.

This is DEFINITELY our first and only choice for a plumbing company! And we do not take that lightly. We had a clogged toilet at the worst possible time. (Though there is never a GOOD time for that, I guess.) Once again, Dave made himself available to take care of our problem that same day. We cannot say enough great things about this company.
