Joe was excellent at his job and he did more than just the usual hurried cover off....plugs out etc. He took the time to add the proper chemicals, brush down the pool and get last year's leaves out. It went from green to blue while Joe was still working. I highly recommend him.

Didn't come the day scheduled - rescheduled for the next day. Was late, but everything worked out great! I would recommend Joe and plan to have him close my pool for me.

If you want a pro, call Joe. We had nothing but problems with out in-ground pool, and were using the big local company. They couldn't get our pool open, spent weeks trying to get it clear and usable, and were charging us a fortune. Joe came out and had the problem solved in 48 hours. He is reliable and very knowledgeable.

Joe works alone-- no one else. Closing an in-ground pool takes 2 people if you want your pool done correctly. I learned about his solo act when he finally showed up. Do not expect Joe to show up when he claims. He has unlimited excuses. Unfortunately, he did show up eventually and close my pool. Now I have a pool disaster because he does not drain the pool enough --- not enough time to do the necessary work and do it correctly. He's rude if you ask him to correct his work. I wish I had been warned about this solo act. My photo would show a filthy overflowing pool.

I have to assume the work done was adequate. I was quite put off when I was billed for doing certain jobs myself that were supposed to reduce cost (lower the water, put on the cover).

Pool closing.. Did a great job. replaced some of the plugs at no cost. If I need help with the opening and anything else I would call him again.

Despite him being late; Joe went completely above and beyond. He did a fantastic job and let us know what was wrong (we needed to replace our pump) plus he followed up to make sure everything was still great.
