How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because my Uncle was a pool builder and he used to bring me on jobs was I was just a kid.When my brother got old enough he started to bring him on jobsites also. After we got old enough to drive and go out on our own he taught us the service side of the business. When my Uncle retired he advised us to go out on our own and a start a service company. All the intergrity and workmanship he taught us really helped us to suceed with our own company. My brother and I always talk about how our Uncle set us up perfectly to suceed on our own. It has been almost 20 years since we went on our own and we have never looked back. We now have an app to run the business that was designed just for our needs. All our techs work off an i-pad mini in the field so they can take pics of anything needed for future repairs. Those pics get sent back to the office instantly so our office can give price quotes and schedule any future work needed ASAP. .

They came and opened the pool was very professional to inform me about everything that was going on. They texted me all the information prior to the appointment and reminder when the appointment was coming up. They took pictures of the pool to have everything on file. No complains there the only thing I think that was bad which I didn’t give them a 5 star for was that they didn’t put enough Opening chemicals to clear the pool. I has to spend so much money after for chemicals to clear it. They also didn’t set the appointment for the vacuums and I think that’s cause they knew they didn’t put that much chemical in it. If a company knows that alight is chemical they put and it was clear then they would make the vacuum appointment right there but they didn’t which makes me think they are over charging for the opening. Other than that service was ok.

We told her if she ever feels that not enough chemicals were put into the pool we will always come back at no charge to add more if needed. She thanked us for the call and very nicely said good bye.

Hired them to open my pool, they just threw the cover for the heater on the floor along with the ties to hold it down, I do not know if they took or threw away my plugs for the pool returns. Very unprofessional. Would never hire them again and warn against anyone else doing so.

We called and sent a text message after the opening to check if they were happy with the service..We are sorry they feel the service was poor. I am confident we would have solved any issues they had if we had spoken prior to them leaving a review... This customer did not ask for a full refund in their defense, but none the less we are going to issue a full refund because we want to prove we go out of our way to make every customer happy.
