Very slow to give a quote. Work a little sloppy. We had to make a lot of touch ups. Not clean. Did not protect the floor. Did not send an invoice or a receipt. I did not recommend.

One of my concerns with anybody working on our house is our dog. She is a German Shepherd Labrador mix. She is a big dog. They weren't afraid of our dog. Loved on her. They did excellent work and it was done quickly.

I hired Empire Property Management Group to repair the sheathing beside my basement door, which was coming loose. I had to leave as soon as they arrived. I showed Jimmy Alveraz what needed to be repaired. He and a fellow worker repaired the sheathing and even sent me pictures. The home is only 3 years old; maybe the builder should have hired this company to help them build because Empire Property Management Group completes their work to standard, not time.

Jimmy Alvarez was the guy I talked to about the project. He was able to get it repaired. I was very impressed with him. I really liked his personality and felt secure that he was doing his best to help me out with the project. They did an excellent job. I felt confident even before he gave me the quote. I am so so pleased with this company. I will be using them for other projects around my home.
