Empire Roofing returned my call promptly and was out to access the repair within days, while I was still waiting on other roofers to return my call. Once he gave me a quote on the job and I gave them clearance to do the work it was also done in days. This was a small job that I had trouble getting other roofers to even call me back. I am super happy with the job.

I contracted Empire Roofing Group to do an asphalt roof replacement on a roof in dire need of being replaced. The roof had never been replaced before and was over 32 years old. The estimated square footage of the roof is under 1400 sq ft. Some of the sheeting had to be replaced due to rot. The quote received for the entire job done was under $7000. I received a ten point proposal and each one was satisfactorily completed. The roof final completion met every proposal they issued and I greatly like the final product. However, the work took a long time for completion because only two persons worked on the roof. Five days into the roof replacement, the county building inspector appeared and put a stop work order on the construction due to no permit. California law requires that a contractor must secure a permit for any major change to an existing structure. This delayed completion for a couple of days after Empire Roofing got the permit signed and approved. It took eight days to complete the entire project. Again, the work done is of high quality. I would hire them again and would ask that they show that a permit is issued before beginning any work. I found that a lien waiver form should be signed by a contractor before paying for the worked done. They signed the lien waiver form that I downloaded from the state capital website for contractors licenses.

Empire Roofing was selected through Home Advisors. I found them to be professional and they did a wonderful job as well as clean up. I recommend Empire Roofing to anyone getting ready to redo there roof.

We had 5 roofers give us bids and look at materials. We choose the Empire Roofing Group because they were able work within our budget and very quick in getting the work done.
