The entire process was great. I first posted on Thumbtack about the project and was promptly messaged by Johan, the company's owner. Johan and I then had a phone conversation where I described the set up, the equipment I had, and what I wanted to be done. Johan was very knowledgeable and was familiar with my recently purchased equipment and how to accomplish what I wanted in the most efficient and cost effective manner. His quote was also very reasonable compared to other companies of similar expertise. On the day of the instal, Brian and Dion from Empire Services came out during the time window given. They called me one hour before they arrived as well. The TV was downstairs and they brought it up themselves. They were both very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient in their work. They knew exactly what to do and did not have to cut any unnecessary sheet rock or drill any more holes than necessary. They explained what they were doing throughout the install, worked with me to get the TV and sound system set up and calibrated to optimal performance, were patient with me when I was having WiFi issues preventing us from moving forward, and gave me some great advice moving forward. Overall I was extremely pleased with price, communication, quality of work, the friendliness of the staff, and the over result. My media room looks great, the sound system sounds great, and the TV is perfectly wall mounted. I 100% recommend them, and will use them again in the future to install a sound system in my living room downstairs. Description of work: Empire Services and Installs wall mounted a 75" TV, extended our prewiring to the back wall to install rear surround speakers on the wall, hooked up two front tower speakers and a center channel, and set up the AV Receiver with the speakers, our bluray player, and Xfinity box.

Johan and his associate did a great job in setting up our home theater system and home audio. Friendly but professional explaining the systems and answering all our questions.

The guys were awesome! Other companies told me what I wanted done was not possible, but the guys from Empire found a solution and I am very happy with their work.

I hired these guys for two home theater wiring jobs. The first appointment they showed up two hours late and then claimed it was too late to have what I wanted to be done. So they only did 1 item I requested. The job they did was ok but they did not clean up the mess they made. Since there was not enough time to do what I really needed I rescheduled for an 8-11AM window and took off from work. Well it was 2:30PM and still not a word of communication from this company. Basically wasted my time twice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The installers made adjustments on the fly to make sure I was satisfied (they needed to replace a power outlet and ran out to Home Depot). Very courteous and a job well done.

Communicated with me when they were arriving, were neat and cleaned up their mess.

The team Empire sent out was outstanding! They charged what they quoted, arrived on the day/time I needed them, and communicated with me throughout the installation to make sure I got what I needed. I could tell the team was trained and expected to be very customer-oriented. Fantastic work!

The install looks wonderful! I had a difficult fireplace but they were resourceful and got it done. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very respectful.

The two guys that came to our house were very friendly and professional. They are quick to get you on their schedule and complete work in a very timely manner. My husband and I were debating if we wanted to mount a TV in our game room and the guys advised against it. This felt really nice that they were not just out for money, but wanted to have happy customers. They also talked very highly of the owner and how he took care of his employees. Great company and glad to see they are succeeding.

The price of the three quotes I received were all the same. I had a very simple TV wall mount in my bedroom. I hired this company over the others because they are a local start-up. Very nice people and quality work. Professional.

I had a complete loss of sound in my home system - and the Empire team came to my rescue. I was able to schedule same day service and the team worked to trouble shoot my system until the culprit was identified as my ATT cable box. I did upgrade my receiver as a result of the great service and honest approach to working with me and my home system. I am now looking at upgrading my complete home system with Empire as they have proved themselves to be honest, technically qualified and partners in making my home audio and video experience everything I want it to be. I will recommend them to all of my friends!

From the first call to the install everyone was kind, knowledgeable and prompt. The installers, Dion and Fernando, were a good team. They took care of everything and cleaned it all up nicely. Very professional.

Guess we're the only ones with a hitch which makes this a bit difficult - everyone was very friendly and polite and for the most part they knew what they were doing. However, the end result is that if I turn on the TV in my bedroom then the TV located on the back porch also comes on. Have to use 2 remotes to work the TV in the bedroom .... also had a TV relocated to the office and needed the existing wall mount system moved with it so there would be a shelf under the TV for the DVD player .... TV is in place but there is no shelf for the DVD player. One other note, also needed a shelf in the bedroom for a DVD player .... didn't happen. Now we are having to get Direct TV involved and let me tell you it takes forever to just get a person on the phone. This is a young company and everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable but evidently the person who originally installed our entertainment pieces knew some short cuts that made the installation / move now somewhat confusing.

Bryan and Dion came out yesterday to mount our TV to the wall. Couldn't be happier with their service. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves (even when I told them they didn't have to). They told me about a light bar that they sell. I HIGHLY recommend it. Looks awesome!! TV is centered on the wall. They even hooked up the cable, DVD player and made sure it all worked. Their prices beat all the others I got. These guys were great! Fun to talk with as well. When they were leaving I asked for a lot of their business cards so I could pass them around to all my friends. 5 stars does not cover how I would rate them. Great company, great service and great guys!!

Very professional company, from the person that takes your order to the techs that mounted the TV . Definitely will hire them again!
