My only knock would be that they did not completely clean up after themselves and also left a few small holes in the ceiling and scuffs on the wall but overall great service and quality install.

They lost my remote I called them they didn't do anything about it or follow up with me after my complaint. They didn't leave enough room in back of tv by bracket to put a L hdmi connector. It's too tight.

Good technical work know your business, they should have more backups of tools and small spare parts that may be needed. They did not leave the TV connected on the first visit. On the other hand I would recommend them.

These gentlemen were professional, polite, knowledgable and went beyon my expectations. I was a little reluctant initially because I'd had a prior bad experience with another company. I was pleasantly surprised when Empire called to confirm, gave me updates on their ETA, and arrived when I was told they'd arrive.
