The issues began early and never stopped. Members of their crew were openly speaking negatively about the company on-site, which immediately raised concerns about professionalism and quality. The engineered drawings did not match what the salesperson, Jacob, presented on the day of the sale, including the layout they were supposed to install. It became clear very quickly that what was sold was not what was actually feasible. During installation, my property was damaged including both the siding and the roof. While I was eventually reimbursed, that doesn?t excuse the carelessness. On top of that, the crew left trash and metal clippings scattered all over my yard and deck, creating both a mess and a safety hazard. The delivery process was

The worker came for about 45 minutes - left to do something for about an hour and 20 minutes. He came back and did another 45 minutes of work. I was ready to pay him after he completed the job but he said the office had to bill e offocially - which was fine.I asked him approximately how much he thought it would be - he said approximately $200 -which sounded reasonable. Approximately 2 nights later the billing department called me and billed me $520. When I pointed out the discrepancy in what the electrician told me and what she was billing me- she said when he was gone from my house he was getting "parts" and she had to bill me for the time he was gone from my house - because he was getting the "parts." He changed 2 switches, not sure what parts she was talking about.

I had the guys over to fix some circuits that kept popping my breakers. They figured out what the problem was quickly. It was a loose connection in a few outlets. They fixed them, checked the others, and tested it. Everything works great and the charge was minimal. Well worth it! Thank you Thor and Dave!

I was notified by Dave regarding my Angi electrical request. He came to the home and evaluated my electrical needs and emailed me an estimate. The contract and deposit were done via email and worked perfectly. Dave came on Day 1 to my home with three men, one of which was Thor. I canâ t say enough good things about Thor (the supervisor) and the men that worked with him for two days at my home. They were professional, kind, and were able to accomplish everything I needed within the two-day time-frame. I will definitely use Empire Solar & Electric when the need arises. 5-stars!!!!

The young man who serviced my solar problem was very professional and accommodating and explained, to me, what the problem was, what might have caused it and the solution. I would definitely call them again if I have a problem.

You did an excellent job. I wouldnâ t hesitate to call you again I am a 77 year old handicapped man and they went out of their way to solve the problem I was having., and clean the work area. AND the price was right!!

The crew took the time to understand my need, they proposed solutions and helped me to understand the pros and cons of each. At the end of the day, they wanted my need to be met and me to be happy with the end result. Really appreciated the extra effort and I feel the price was more than fair.

These guys are great! Iâ ve used them for a lot of my condo repairs. You tell them what you need, and they do excellent work while trying to watch costs on the parts they use to complete the job. Not out to make a buck-they do quality work and stand by it. Thor, Jimmy and the whole team are great-wouldnâ t hesitate a second to reccomend to friends and family!

Great service and high quality of work. They were very flexible in solving our wiring problems (itâ s a 150 year old house) and getting the many tasks done efficiently. They were very reasonable versus other quotes I got. Great guys, showed up when expected and cleaned up the job site when they were done. Would absolutely hire them again.

Great and timely

The electrician was really knowledgeable and he knew what he was doing. The communication was lacking I did not know what was going on or how much it would cost until after they were done. I had to run out and when I came back I am assuming it was the supervisor? was on his phone most of the time so it was not an estimate and then a discussion of what will happen and the price like I was told on the phone. I do not like conflict so I did not want to stop him in the middle of the job. I did want an upgrade of the amps and they said they would give me an estimate but never did. I am happy he fixed a problem I did have, but it was not what I asked for originally so I have to re-do and pay more to get the upgrade I wanted. I am not sure if I would use them again, but they know what they are doing and were friendly when I finally talked to them at the end so I will not give them bad stars. It just did not make me feel great I guess.

arrived 20 min later that estimated, which isn't too bad, otherwise it was just a simple troubleshoot and gfi socket replacement. frinedly, quick and affordable

My issue was a bad breaker. This caused concern with Empire Solar & Electric due to a safety issue. An electrician was sent to my home the same day Empire Solar & Electric contacted me. Further more, they gave me an estimate over the phone. I am extremely impressed with their professional work and outstanding customer service. I will always use Empire Solar & Electric.

Great price and gets the work done

From the initial inspection of the job to the final clean-up, Empire Solar and Electric was great. Each member of the team was professional and courteous. They were on the job within a week after being hired, and they finished when they said they would. Our job was not at all straightforward, but Empire handled it competently. We absolutely would hire them again!

Empire Solar and Electric was on time. They did a fantastic job, Thor and Dertwan the two gentlemen that figured out all the issues were outstanding!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Empire Solar and Electric and will continue to be calling on them for all my electrical needs. If it were up to me I would rate them 6 STARS!!!!!!
